Friends of Duxford Visit to RNAS Yeovilton
On May 14th, 2008, a group of FoD members travelled to RNAS (Royal Naval Air Station) Yeovilton (HMS Heron) for a comprehensive visit to several areas of the base.

Spring 2008 Visit to RAF Regiment Museum at RAF Honington
Our Spring 2008 visit to the RAF Regiment Museum at RAF Honington gave the visiting group of FoD members a rare and exclusive opportunity to view this superb collection of unique and valuable documents and artefacts which is normally hidden from view inside this secure base and not open to the public.

Friends of Duxford RAF Wittering Visit, 17 April 2008
22 members enjoyed the 4 hour visit to RAF Wittering, the Home of the Harrier, with high hopes for a return next year.

AirSpace Photoshoot, 21st November 2007
Airspace was the venue for the last FoD event of 2007 and 45 members took the opportunity to gain access to a number of aircraft including the Lancaster and Sunderland.

Dragon Rapide Talk
On Saturday the 17th November 51 FoD members attended an illustrated talk by Mark Miller on the 27 year restoration to flying condition of Dragon Rapide G-AGJG.

Report on the FoD Film Day, 20th October 2007
Forty two Friends of Duxford members and their guests attended the FoD Film Day on Saturday 20th October. All the films shown were from the vast archive held by the Imperial War Museum and included some quite rare and unusual footage.
