Air Activities Badge

Cub Scouts can fulfill all the requirements of the Air Activities Badge by visiting the Museum, and using the Air Activities activity sheet. A visit to the Museum can help you with all the different sections of the badge so you can pick and mix what your Cub Scouts would like to do. Available all year round, as a fully self-sufficient activity.

 

Air Researcher Badge

A visit to Duxford can help Scouts researching for their Air Researcher Badge sections 2a or b, 3, and 4. If they need further information on a specific aircraft, or period of aviation history Scouts can write to us at the address below and we will try to help. Available all year round, as a fully self-sufficient activity.

 

Basic Aviation Skills Badge

Bookable activities (in school holidays, by prior arrangement)and pre-visit resources are available to help Scouts achieve their Basic Aviation Skills Badge.

 

 

Aeronautics Badge - Alternative B

Would your Scouts like to do the Aeronautics Badge - Alternative B? Special days can be organized at Duxford to help them achieve the badge. These days must be booked in advance and places are limited. Scouts MUST complete ALL the pre-visit work before attending the day.
