This is a conference that will look at the historical context and conditions of the First World War and consider how that conflict affected the literature produced at the time.  Speakers on the day will include:

Andrew Robertshaw, published author, TV presenter and Director of the Royal Logistic Corps
Jon Stallworthy, Emeritus Professor of English at Wolfson College, Oxford
Adrian Barlow, Director of Public Programmes for Cambridge University’s Institute of Continuing Education
