The Land Warfare Hall

Tank Display
Over the course of the twentieth century, the mechanisation of warfare has altered forever the way battles are fought, won and lost. From the awesome artillery barrages of the First World War, through the giant tank battles of the Second World War, to the high-speed mechanised conflict of today, the Land Warfare Hall charts the nature of this change.

There are several other displays in Land Warfare Hall. Click on the below links to find out more:

The Normandy Experience 'Monty'
The Forgotten War Exhibition Centurion Tank
FWD General Service Truck The Eastern Front
Vickers Light Mark VI tank Northern France 1944
North Africa

The Land Warfare Hall is also home to the Royal Anglian Regiment Museum, which covers the history of the East and Royal Anglian Regiments since the amalgamations of the former County Regiments from 1958–1960. (Warning: this link will take you to an external website.)
